I am one of them too but sadly during my time there was no platform where I could ask for assistance or advice on how to get into a career path. Using the hard way, I searched for my career path but I have no regrets as my reward was when I founded Agensi Pekerjaan Virtue Associates Sdn Bhd where I truly found my passion. I always love working with people and solving problems for them. This career gave me both satisfaction and fulfillment when I am able to see our candidates being bridged and matched to the right organization.
